The focus is on heart health, but the methods they teach can enhance every aspect of your well-being; such as the benefits of proper breathing. They concentrate on managing and preventing health challenges.

Project:
Design of community website. Sampler & Members only areas with articles, video and audio content. Members sign up via PayPal's subscription plan, which automatically renews yearly. Members only pages are protected via username & password.

Navigation was a particular challenge for this site. The site architecture showed many levels of content. We used "flyout" menus on both the top & left sides, and "breadcrumb" links at the top of each page. This allows users to always know where in the site they are, and allow them to navigate back to that area on their next visit.
